  2. Complete and sign the License Agreement.
  3. Send us artwork of your logo. (optional.) See our Artwork Guidelines here.

Upon completion of this form, and signing of the license agreement, we will begin development of your site. Our Website Development Team will contact you upon completion, and finalize any questions they may have. After setup is complete you will be billed your setup fee ($200.00) and each month after, your $20.00 service charge. If you have questions/concerns on pricing, feel free to contact us at 800-653-5361 and ask to speak to someone about Nu-Art's Rebrand Solution.
